Planning a ski trip

Did you know that many fervent skiers became hooked on this sport after going on a school ski trip? Skiing is a wonderful way to have young people discover the joys of winter and develop a love for the great outdoors.

Teaching your students the safety rules and regulations in effect at ski areas is time well spent. As the saying goes, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!


The mountain code of conduct:
Just like the Highway Code applies to drivers, there is a code of conduct that sets out the rules to follow when skiing.
